Beef Dip Sandwiches

::INGREDIENTS::
leftover beef roast, cooked in crock pot, shredded
leftover gravy from roast cooked in crock pot
cooked onions
sauted mushrooms (if desired)
whole wheat hoggie buns 6"

::DIRECTIONS::
heat the leftover meat and gravy to warm
cook onions in with the mushrooms if sauteing(see sauted mushroom recipe in the June Archives)
slice hoggie buns in half lengthwise, top with beef and veggie
dip in sauce (gravy)
add motzzarella cheese slices to sandwiches if desired
