*this menu is designed for families of 4, however, you can double or 1/2 portions to fit your families needs! See the shopping list for Kroger & Aldi that will list what to buy for this weeks menu!*
::Monday::
Tilapia & Veggies; one dish meal! "Ultra Healthy"

Greek Spinach Veggie Burgers (I know for some of you this will be stepping outside your box, but please try it! May not want to tell the kids and hubby until after they've eatten!) click here for recipe

with Salad

Chicken in sweet pepper sauce (click here for recipe)
with mushrooms (click here for recipe)
Fruit salad (toss raspberries & blackberries together, coat with plain FF yougurt if you have some, or slightly sweeten with stevia or sugar)

Homemade Pizzas

Baby Back Ribs (grilled the way your family likes them, with a rub or BBQ sauce)

Grilled Chicken (season with Mrs Dash garlic herb season and grill)
Grilled veggies, click here for recipe
Watermelon (enjoy however you like it, maybe with some salt?)

Raspberries & Blackberries are on sale 2/$4, use them in a smoothie, or atop some cereal or yogurt
an egg and some fresh fruit along side a cup of coffee or green tea is always a great combo!

Alicia, thank you for doing this and putting so much work and effort into it! I have made a couple of the recipes already. My favorite ws the crock pot ribs and potato salad. So yummy! I added some celery to the salad for some extra crunch, and that was really nice. I can't wait to try out more!
