I have posted 3 separate shopping lists for this weeks menu. Feel free to use them all 3 to get the most for your dollar. However, if this is not practical for your busy schedule, print all 3 lists and just use them at your preferred store! Remember that Wal-Mart will price match if you have the sales ad, however they do not double coupons!
*FYI, to get the reflected sale prices at Kroger and Food Lion, you must have one of their cards, MVP or Kroger plus.*

~LUNCH IDEAS~
• Deli sliced lunch meat with mustard and some lettuce on a sandwhich thin
serve with fruit
