::Monday::
Buffalo Chicken Salad

::Tuesday::
Beef Tips in gravy with saute mushrooms, mashed potatoes, & steamed green beans
**Follow cooking instructions on the package for beef tips and steamed green beans. Saute mushrooms in olive oil in a skillet over med-high heat until desired doneness. Cook potatoes as desired, i.e. mashed, baked, etc."


::Wednesday::
Teriyaki Tilapia & cranberry pecan mixed greens salad
**Wash greens and put in a bowl, top with the sargento Salad Finishers Cranberry Pecan

Crock Pot whole chicken with veggies (potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, celery)

::Friday::
Turkey burgers on sandwhich thins with tomatoes & Grilled Corn(Click here Recipe)
**Beside Friday please put a note that says: "Pat out burgers to desired thickness, and season as desired. Grill indoors on a George Forman or outside!"


::Saturday::
Grilled Pork Chops, steamed broccoli, Fruit Salad (Click here for Recipe)
**Season pork chops as desired and grill until internal temp reaches 160-170degrees. Steam broccoli as directed on package


::Sunday::
Crock Pot BBQ Ribs & Potato Salad
