~DINNER MENU~ May 17-23
*this menu is designed for families of 4, however, you can double or 1/2 portions to fit your families needs! See the shopping list for Kroger & Aldi that will list what to buy for this weeks menu!*
::Monday::
Rotissere Chicken, Salad, & Baked Potato
(buy the chicken already cooked, use the bagged salad, add tomatoe & cucumber, bake potatoes from the 10lb bag purchased last week)

::Tuesday::
Beef & Spinach Burritos

Garlic Clove Chicken

::Thursday::
Chicken & Salsa Meal

::Friday::
Salmon Bake (use the Tuna fillets if shopping @ Kroger)
potatoes cooked your prefered way (use more of that 10lb bag if you bought it last week)

Beef Kabobs (use the pork chops on sale at Kroger, cube them and the follow recipe)
serve over rice, or with a salad (if buying 2 bags on sale this week @Kroger)

Grilled Tilapia (the other bag you bought last week at Kroger) seasoned and grilled your choice
Grill for approx. 5-6 min. each side for thin fillets

::Lunch ideas::
Arnold sand. thins are 2/$5, buy 2 packs, for sandwhiches
Bagged salad Dole brand 2/$5, pack a salad
Lean pockets are $1.88, although we don not promote this as "healthy"
Smart Ones frozen meals are $1.88, although we do not promote these as "healthy"
Fresh is always best!!!

::Breakfast ideas::
Blueberries & Blackberries are on sale 2/$4, use them in a smoothie, or atop some cereal or yogurt
an egg and some fresh fruit along side a cup of coffee or green tea is always a great combo!
